Community Health Centers is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors to provide outpatient psychotherapy at our Riverside location. This position will provide additional support for our patients who would benefit from more traditional psychotherapy services. Will be responsible for conducting assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy for patients with mental health and/or substance use disorders and will connect patients with case management or other supports to access benefits, transportation, and other resources as needed.
Basic Qualifications
• MSW Degree from graduate school of social work, accredited by (CSWE), CMHC Degree from CACREP accredited school or PhD or PsyD.
• Licensure as an independent clinical social worker or clinical mental health counselor in the State of Vermont.
• Three to five years of clinical practice experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience in a medical setting a plus!
• Interest in behavioral medicine approaches, CBT, addiction treatment.
• Strong diagnostic, assessment, psychotherapy, clinical care coordination, and crisis intervention skills.
